My favourite snack as of late – banana with sunflower seed butter and raw honey.

My first attempt at a Tone It Up protein pancake (inspired by Brittany at Eating Bird Food)

Salads with this adorable baby kale!

We’ve been making Tortillas or Tex Mex style salads every night this week.

I made these muffins into a mini loaf. Oh, ma, lord. So good.

I’ve been trying to balance my wine consumption with coconut water and kombucha.

I had my first taste of Feel Good Guru with Brittany in the park! It was pretty good, but next time I’d love to get less grains and more veggies!

I have eaten so many similar things lately! Haha. How was the protein pancake? I haven’t always had the greatest luck with protein pancakes – love the idea (but think I may like more traditional pancakes more!) I’ve also been meaning to try baby kale! Saw it at the grocery store the other day. I would definitely recommend the raw pad thai at feel good guru! Tried it a few nights ago and really really good.

The protein pancake was good but a little eggy! I think I have to perfect my own version! I agree traditional are better :)

Good to know about the raw pad thai! I’ll go back to try that for sure!!

You must!!! I made the last batch of muffins in muffin cups too which I lined with coconut oil before baking -they turned out even better and easy to remove from liner!

YUM! All your food looks awesome! I’ve got to try that mini loaf of your coconut muffins. Coconut is my lover. And I’m also eating avocado in just about everything. How did I go so long without it? I totally forgot about my love for it until recently
