I finally got my camera fixed and just uncovered a few photos that were left from my trip to Berlin this summer.
I love this city and it has been a pleasure slowly uncovering on each visit to see my brother. I have a soft spot for the grey skies, perfect coffee, small bars, hearty currywurst and gentle people.
It was a pleasure being there this winter, sipping hot mugs of gluhwein at the Christmas markets and walking around the city bundled up for the cold.
I look forward to my next visit and being able to capture a little more.

i lived in berlin the summer of 97. I also gained 16lbs, but it was so worth it! LOL! love your pics

i kinda think i need that simple salad right now. oh…and a very long bubble bath with a rubber ducky. i can’t take baths at my apartment because the water doesn’t get hot enough in the winter (my landlords installed a tankless water heater rated for florida weather). yeah…ground water here gets COLD in the winter..brrrrrrrrrr. let’s just say my water bill is low because i am in and out of the shower in a flash!
