Hi Gillian, I’ve been following your blog for a while and I’m just getting the courage up to emailing you because I’m sure you are way to busy to reach out to everyone who emails. I live in Jacksonville, FL and I was talking to a local food blogger friend here and she encouraged me to just reach out. I have a product call Mila that is a select blend of the highest quality chia seeds. I know you already know about chia seeds and I would like to know if you’ve heard of Mila. It personally has changed my life just by adding it to my food. My parents have experienced weight loss, decreased blood pressure and extra energy. My mom has relieved her arthritis symptoms. I also have a friend with an autistic child that functions drastically different when eating Mila regularly. I would gratefully appreciate any time you could spend in looking at this for me. I would even send you a bag to try. It has changed my life and many of the people close to me. I want to tell everyone how wonderful this is! Thanks in advance for your time. Allison

Hello,
You may be interested in blogging about the food at the Cultura Festival in North York, Toronto. There are two more Friday nights of the Cultura Festival in North York to attend, on August 3rd and August 10th. Cultura Festival celebrates flavours from all over the world as chefs from restaurants and caterers surround the Square with a warm aroma filled with exotic spices and grilled foods. The cuisine varies from Indian, Mexican, Japanese, Latino, Iranian, and Filipino dishes. There is also a juice bar to refresh on a hot summer’s day. The featured restaurants and caterers include CASA manila, MotiMahal Restaurant, Agave y Aguacate, Pondicherry Caterers, La Fiesta Catering, Naniwa Taro, Yasaman catering, and Sunshine Shakes. These international food vendors and chefs will be there every Friday night to August 10. The Cultura Festival offers a fun and affordable way for families to taste the flavours of the world.
