Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide Review

Today I finally finished Kayla Itsines’ Bikini Body Guide program. The program is 12 weeks long, but I started in February and completed the program at my own pace, combined with my own diet plan (with recent help from my amazing friend Kristin) and workouts with Jenny.
